Powered Green Smoothie
This amazing blend of fresh fruit and wild seasonal leafy greens is the ultimate spring tonic elixir. The unique combination of ingredients in this smoothie will give you an instant vitamin and antioxidant boost and offer you a better complexion and clearer skin.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup wild nettle leaves, blanched and drained
- 6 dandelion leaves
- 15 wild English daisy blooms (Bellis Perennis), stems removed
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- ¼ pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 mandarin, sliced
- ½ ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- pinch of sea salt
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, add half a cup of filtered water and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary until you reach your desired consistency.
2. Pour in two high glasses and serve immediately.
Tip: You can nicely decorate your smoothie with wild daisy blooms, like we did.
