Fall in love with the flavours of fall with this delicious pumpkin pie smoothie.
Creamy, protein-packed smoothie blended with pumpkin puree, banana, yogurt, and warm spices for a delicious breakfast or snack.
This healthy pumpkin smoothie recipe will be your new favourite to make for fall.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 50g Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 120ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 150g pumpkin puree (fresh)

1 . Add all of the ingredients to the blender. Blend for 1- 2 minutes or until smooth - this may take longer if your blender isn't very strong.

2. Pour more milk to thin out if it is too thick. Add a couple of ice cubes for a thicker texture, if desired. Add more spices to taste.

3 . Serve immediately

Tip: You can swap the milk and yogurt with a vegan option - coconut/almond

milk.
