Spring Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 celery stick, cut into chunks
- ½ cup blanched wild nettle leaves, drained
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup cavolo nero leaves
- 5 dandelion leaves
- 1 apple, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- pinch of sea salt
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, add half a cup of filtered water and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary until you reach your desired consistency.
2. Pour in two high glasses and serve immediately.
