Spring Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 celery stick, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup blanched wild nettle leaves, drained
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup cavolo nero leaves
  • 5 dandelion leaves
  • 1 apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • pinch of sea salt

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, add half a cup of filtered water and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary until you reach your desired consistency.

2. Pour in two high glasses and serve immediately.
