Peach Iced Tea
Cool down with a refreshing glass of this wonderful peach iced tea. All you need is four simple ingredients, plus this healthy version is very low in sugar. Perfect for hot summer days and BBQ.

Ingredients:
- 4 green, black or white tea bags
- 2 peaches, sliced
- pinch of sugar
- 1 bunch of mint
1. Brew the tea as normal, then pour into a jug and allow to cool at room temperature.
2. Meanwhile, add the peach slices to a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar.
3. When the tea has reached room temperature, add the peach slices and refrigerate until cold.
4. Serve over ice with few sprigs of mint.
Tip: You can opt fornectarines instead of peaches, they work well too. For an extra citrusy flavour squeeze in half a lemon.
