Very Berry Bliss Balls

Kick your antioxidants up another notch with this combination of phytonutrient-rich cranberries, cherries and goji berries. Perfect for activity-filled days that call for foods to sustain you for the long haul.

Makes: 24 (1.25cm) balls

Prepare: 5-10 minutes plus 1h chilling

Storage: Up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer.

Ingredients:

  • 85g almonds
  • 50g pecans
  • 30g pitted Medjool dates
  • 90g dried cranberries, cherries and goji berries (any combination)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • shredded coconut, crushed pecans and freeze dries raspberries

1. Place the nuts in a food processor and pulse until crumbly, but not completely smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is well combined.

2. Use a small spoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into 1 inch morsels, using slightly wet hands to form the balls.

3. Lightly cover each bliss ball with crushed pecans, shredded coconut or freeze dried raspberries and place on a baking sheet. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
